四 | 大家知道，白血病既往被世界上公认为“不治之症”，但是随着技术的进步和方案的进步，白血病已经达到了可治可控，甚至大部分患者走向治愈。从专业的角度来讲，如果确诊为慢性粒细胞白血病，这种疾病的管理已经走向了慢性病的管理模式，既往这种患者治疗难度大、病程长、痛苦大，随着技术的进步，靶向治疗药物的问世，大多数慢性粒细胞白血病患者已可治愈、能够重返社会、重返工作岗位，还他们生命的春天。如果经过专业评估，得了急性白血病，随着方案迭代和治疗综合技术的提升，比如靶向药物治疗、精准化的化疗，造血干细胞移植，还有其他一些治疗技术，比如以CAR-T为代表的新的细胞治疗手段，白血病完全可以达到可控可治，大部分可以治愈。以急性早幼粒白血病为例，中国人走到了世界前列，创造了“上海方案”，也就是“维甲酸+砷剂”治疗的模式，绝大多数患者完全可以康复，达到正常人的生活水平。另外，在造血干细胞移植治疗白血病领域，中国人创造的“北京方案”，实现了人人都有移植供者时代的到来。所以，困扰了我们多年的世界性难题，我们现在走出了“无人区”，我们从原来的技术跟跑、并跑到现在领跑全世界，中国在造血干细胞移植领域处在世界的前沿，使我国大多数患者能够在技术条件完备的体系下，得到治愈。

五 | 因此，我们能欣喜地告诉大家，白血病不再是“不治之症”，多数患者是能够达到完全控制的。目前来说，如果遇到难治的患者，我们可以综合上述的治疗手段，包括精准化疗，以CAR-T为代表的细胞治疗，同时还有靶向药物治疗，以及最后的终极手段——造血干细胞移植。多项技术综合运用和治疗，能使大多数患者达到康复。过去“不治之症”，目前已经部分患者可达到痊愈。所以，如果不幸确诊了白血病，我们不要恐慌，正确地面对，及时就医，患者和医护之间积极沟通。我们要建立自信，能够使这个疾病走向治愈。
