官网明确公示的可使用FSD受监控模式的地区包括美国、加拿大、墨西哥、波多黎各、澳大利亚、新西兰、韩国、荷兰、立陶宛、爱沙尼亚、丹麦、比利时。 就在今年5月，特斯拉官方还在X平台公布的FSD开放名单里把中国赫然列在了待落地序列中，该消息传出之后，全网大量传播特斯拉FSD即将入华、国内车主很快就能用上全自动驾驶功能的相关内容，当时确实引发了不少已经付费选装的车主的强烈期待。 FSD落地的核心前提是所有驾驶数据必须完全留在境内合规存储，还要完全适配国内复杂的路况和交通规则，这次特斯拉直接把中国从开放清单里拿掉，说明双方针对落地合规性的谈判已经长期没有取得实质进展，之前花大价钱选装FSD的国内车主，后续的权益兑现大概率会面临非常棘手的问题。
